Orders - Cancellation - Shipping

Once ordered we will take a 50% deposit, with final payment 14 days from delivery. This will be placed via a PO that references the quotation number.

Orders will be delivered within mainland UK within 3-6 weeks from order, this is providing material is in the UK. Confirmation of time frame will be given prior to order being accepted.

 

Payment Methods -  We would would rather direct bank transfer, however we have the facility to take card payments.

Cancellation of orders require full payment if the fabrication process has taken place. Where possible we will support customers in the cancellation process. 

​

We conduct robust quality control and all items on delivery will be checked and signed for by the recipient.
